• Receive email confirmation
• We will contact you to discuss custom design details.
• We will develop your custom hookah design project and send you a 3D model of your hookah design for your confirmation. The fee is $100. This fee is included in the total price of your hookah calculated in our online store.
• The next step is manufacturing. It usually takes one month to make a custom hookah. We start manufacturing after we receive your 50% deposit.
• Once the hookah is completed, we will send you a photo of it and ship it after receiving the remaining payment.
